Return and exchange.
Unused candles only, in their original box, with no damage.
Returns — 30 days
We accept returns if the candle has not been used and has no damage, within 30 days of delivery. The original gift box and dome should come back with it.
Exchanges — 14 days
We accept exchanges for another flavour if the candle has not been used and has no damage, within 14 days of delivery.
How to start
Write the atelier with your name, order, and whether you want a refund or another scent. We’ll confirm before you send the candle back.
